I'm a longtime hardcore foodie with a serious interest in wine.I started with an art background but like most artists I needed to find a way to make enought money to eat. Twenty years later & I've done most every job front & back of house.
Recently I sold my restaurant to finish my wine education. Now I'm traveling the world on a shoestring when I can. Also I've taken a slew of grunt jobs in the wine world to support my wine habit!
